Registering cooperative associations and organizations
1. In the case of an organization, at least 30 Nepali citizens should hold two preliminary meetings, the first and the second, and the minutes thereof,
2. Statute or regulations approved by the meeting,
3. Details with photos and signatures of the share members,
4. Details with photos and signatures of the ad hoc committee,
5. Certified copy of the citizenship certificate of the applicants,
6. Certified documents proving residence and affiliation,
7. Cooperative organization implementation action plan,
8. Certificate of cooperative training,
9. Feasibility study report

Time for application: Within 15 days from the date of submission of the application and if any further amendments are required, the time for that
Amendment of the statute or regulations of a cooperative association/organization
At least 51 percent of the total number of members present at the last general meeting and at least 2/3 majority of them decided to amend the bylaws in accordance with the Cooperative Act, rules and principles and standards. A copy of the decision and 2 copies of the amended bylaws in the format of the three-month form.

Implementation time: 15 days if done by the department and the time required for it if approval has to be obtained from the executive.
